DUI, Bankruptcy, Immigration Lawyer Video Content Tips

Lawyers who have not tried video marketing yet or are struggling to figure out what to info to put in your video, here are a few examples of what content you can put on your video -

Immigration attorney tip - explain how an individual applies for a green card or visa. What do they need, where should they go? How long can they expect the process take? What are the fees and costs?

DUI DWI lawyer tip - tell people what to do if they get stopped for drunk driving or driving while under the influence. If is sounds simple – it is. Just go step by step through the process of what might happen when the police officer stops your car. “Hand over your license, registration and insurance card. Be polite…” If you’ve already authored an article about this, you can turn that into an helpful educational video.

Explain to your viewers different sobriety tests that are used by law enforcement if they suspect a DUI or DWI. Let your viewers know why the tests are not all completely objective, and what that could mean if, later on, you try to contest them. Virginia trial and DUI attorney Bob Battle recently did this in a video filmed by Fairfax, Virginia trial attorney Ben Glass. He discusses why an intoxilizer used in Virginia was inaccurate.

Patent lawyer tip - explain how someone goes about applying for a patent.

Bankruptcy lawyer tip - tell your viewers how you can stop creditors from harassing you at home.

Get the idea? You can find some great content is right in front of you. Just think about some helpful topics your prospective clients will want to hear. Then do a short video clip that explains the process.
