The Family Lawyer

Rudolph Migliore, better known as Rudy, is a well-known attorney with four decades of experience in the legal field. He began his career with a simple philosophy: Provide quality, professional, and personalized legal service for clients throughout the Long Island and greater New York region. Since then, his firm has built its success by providing first-class legal representation, offering meaningful advice, and putting client’s fears to rest. For a busy and active attorney, it is easy to forget the significance and relevance of family and community. However, Rudy always makes it a point to keep values and family at the top of his priority list while still being a dominant member of his community. Having four children ages 26, 24, 21, and 14, Rudy is well aware of the importance of family and strives to help others find their way as he does for his children. For many years, Rudolph Migliore has insisted upon and takes pride in being an active member in the local community, helping others and having a positive impact on those around him. Rudy takes pride in working with churches and ministries and has incorporated over 400 religious organizations on Long Island and throughout the greater New York area.

Rudy has dealt directly and compassionately with issues involving family, friends and complete strangers, in doing so he has provided them with powerful representation while guiding them throughout not just the course of their case but the course of their life.  Rudy has represented clients in a wide range of product liability cases for the past 35 years and has worked with nationally recognized law firms to reach successful verdicts. Not only does he have powerful representation behind him but Rudy also goes above and beyond for his clients making each one a priority in his life. He is always available to take the time to thoroughly explain, care for, and guide you through the stressful legal process, whereas many firm may not. He understands the suffering his clients are going through, whether it’s from asbestos exposure leading to lung cancer and mesothelioma, undisclosed side effects from medications or medical products, a medical malpractice, or a construction or auto accident he can help you. Whatever the case, Rudy’s law firm is the gateway to powerful representation while providing the local personal service you need.
