The New York Senate passed a bill (S. 3452) on January 24, 2012 that addresses driving the wrong way and reckless driving, making these violations a felony. It awaits final approval from the Assembly.

Rutgers Suicide Linked to Video of Sexual Encounter

Information continues to come to light in the tragic story of Tyler Clementi, an 18 year old Rutgers University student who committed suicide by jumping off of the George Washington Bridge.
